The iconic sports hall Pionir and the Ice Palace Pionir are a complex that has witnessed countless important sporting events in its history.
The hall is the second largest Hall in Belgrade (since the Belgrade arena was built), and is home to some of the craziest basketball and volleyball fans in the world. It was built in 1973, and is currently used by basketball clubs Red Star, Partizan and OKK Beograd, as well as the national indoor sports teams. The Ice Palace is home to all the hockey teams in Belgrade. The sports hall has the capacity of about 8.000 seats.
