Vrtoglavica is a rock and metal club in downtown Belgrade, divided in three zones – the club with DJ performances, Vrtoglavica Pub, and Vrtoglavica Live, a stage for live concerts of upcoming bands.

Vrtoglavica is located in the old Sinteza shopping center in Bulevar Despota Stefana.
